eye ear est un cycle de soirées transversales mettant en relation une oeuvre visuelle et un concert dans un lieu atypique. Une boisson est élaborée pour l'occasion et la synergie de ces éléments crée le Mélange.

Pour chaque soirée deux artistes sont invitées (œuvre, performance). Un artiste visuel expose une œuvre (ou série). Un musicien joue en acoustique (ou légèrement amplifiée), et a carte blanche pour entrer en résonance avec l’espace circulaire et l’œuvre.

Un-e invité-e conçoit l'épice (la boisson) en suivant des mots-clés imaginés d'après l'alchimie potentielle entre les deux artistes.

Le public est libre de tenter l’expérience.

eye ear is a series of transversal events featuring a visual work and a concert in an atypical venue. A drink is specially conceived for the occasion, and the synergy of these elements creates the *Melange**.

For each evening, two artists are invited (work, performance).
A visual artist exhibits a work (or series). A musician plays acoustically (or slightly amplified), and he is given free rein to resonate with the circular space and the work.

For each session, a guest is invited to design the spice* (drink) following key words drawn from the potential alchemy between the two artists.

The public is free to try the experiment.

* ‘Spice or Melange is a fictional substance, one of the central elements of the Dune saga, created by the American writer Frank Herbert, which takes place in the very distant future. The Spice has several miraculous properties. Among other things, it has hallucinogenic and ‘entheogenic’ (sacred inspirational) properties, which enable it to predict the future, and thus encourage interstellar or intergalactic travel.’
